After more than 45 years in the entertainment industry—most of them spent as a lighting designer—you might assume I would be a regular at the PLASA Show, the anual entertainment technology show in London. In fact, that has not been the case.

Another Cowes Week over...
The 200th Cowes Week ends today. It was a good week that we actually took part in.

Walking around _grubby_ Bath city in the UK, I spied this overgrown phone box.
What a night, what a place...
Wow... Went to see The Marriage of Figaro at the Royal Opera House in London. The ticket was 40 quid, and we had a fantastic view in this fantastic building.
It looks like a piece of clever graffiti!
While walking in Covent Garden, on my way to the Royal Opera House I might add, I looked down a very narrow alleyway.
