Too much tech....!
We always walk about making notes on our phone, tablet or computer, but what about good old fashioned pen and paper? I got a very nice writing pad out and my old fountain pen out and started writing again. How novel... It feels good to write stuff down...
A regular visitor to Vietnam, and a fan of black and white photography, I was lucky to capture this lady hard at work in the market.

Walking around grubby Bath city in the UK, I spied this overgrown phone box. Very pretty I thought.

Note to self No. 4 Stop taking loads of photos of the same thing with your phone. I have more waste pictures than usable ones.
Note to self No. 3: Be sure you don't need a backup before you delete it.
Note to self No2: Avoid the useless UK trains as best I can... Over two days, three trains, all of which were cancelled by two different operators.
A great tune... A blast from the past... PLAY LOUD...!!! Propaganda - Dr. Mabuse
“Keine zurück für dich...”
Note to self No. 1: Don't try a sample of craft beers, then cycle...
Thomas Carlyle - “Teach a parrot the terms supply and demand, and you’ve got an economist.“
Milton Friedman said: "A society that puts equality… ahead of freedom will end up with neither equality nor freedom…a society that puts freedom first will, as a happy by product, end up with both greater freedom and greater equality.”
David Horowitz - "Inside every Liberal Progressive Social Engineer, there is a totalitarian bursting to get out."
John Kenneth Galbraith - “In economics, the majority is always wrong.”
I used to keep the books that I read on Capacites, about a year ago. But as part of streamlining and reducing the software that I use, I have moved them to here on my simple and easy to use blog.
My current read is on my Kobo reader. One of us by Elizabeth Day

I always have a few books on the go, or on in a pile to be read. That pile is going down slowly; only two more to go. I'm sure I'll be adding more soon.
- Rules of Civility, Amor Towles
- Murder at the Black Cat Cafe, Seishi Yokomizo
Lost Gravity - Walibi Holland theme park in Biddinghuizen, Netherlands
